Refugee Services of Texas is seeking a director for their Austin office. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a staff of ten plus interns, volunteers and other community staffing. RST Austin has a multitude of programs relating to refugees, asylees, and victims of human trafficking. RST Austin works with the University of Texas, School of Social Work for interns each semester.






Position requirements are a bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience, resettlement knowledge and ability to be flexible and a team player. A background in clinical social work or psychology is desired but not required.
