We are a small law firm with office space on the 11th floor in a Greenway Plaza highrise. We are looking for other attorneys or professionals interested in a shared office. The individual offices consist of approximately 150 square feet. The interior offices are $600 per month each and the exterior $800 per month each. There is a full reception area, a conference room, and a kitchen / copy room. The monthly rent includes all utilities, common area maintenance, and internet access. If you would like, we can see whether we can add you to our phone system. If not, we will work with you to get your own system set up. This might be an ideal set up for a solo attorney or small firm, an independent mortgage broker or financial planner, a real estate broker, a small company, or any other professional.



The move-in date would be October 1.



The building is a Class A tower with convenient access to 59. Parking is convenient for you and your clients.
